Terms & Conditions – tk22 Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk22 ("tk22", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the tk22 website at https://tk22.io, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, account management features, promotional offers, and customer support services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing or using the tk22 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with tk22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

tk22 operates as an online entertainment platform serving the Bangladesh market. All content and communications on the platform are in English. The platform accepts registrations from players located in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

These Terms were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. tk22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 12 (Amendments). Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a tk22 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk22 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all accounts and all gaming activity without exception. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of a business, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of tk22 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and must keep that information current throughout your use of the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on tk22 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in all associated accounts.

tk22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at the time of registration, at first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your tk22 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify tk22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account, or any suspected breach of your account security. Until such notification is received and acknowledged by tk22, all activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility.

tk22 will never ask you to disclose your password by any means, including email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tk22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. tk22 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts until the account balance reaches zero, following which the account may be closed. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy charges being applied.

tk22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tk22 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at tk22's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by tk22, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's tk22 balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account, and only for amounts not exceeding the total amount deposited via that method (after wagering obligations have been met). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days for verified accounts.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. tk22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount. Players may be required to provide additional documentation such as proof of payment method ownership or source-of-funds documentation.

• Funds deposited to your tk22 account must be your own money from a legitimate source. tk22 does not accept deposits made using funds that are proceeds of crime or any unlawful activity.
• tk22 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.
• Any fees charged by the player's bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tk22 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, first-deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements are applied at a rate of 30x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused or unexpired bonuses will be removed from the account at the end of the stated validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per spin or round applies, unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.

tk22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. tk22 also reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or where a promotion was claimed in error or in bad faith.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tk22 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, which are provided within the game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the matter to which they relate.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and displayed on screen.
• tk22 reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed after an event has concluded, where the odds were clearly displayed in error, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation by a governing body.
• In the case of event cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time the bet was placed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and are final once confirmed. tk22 does not accept responsibility for delays in transmitting live match data.
• Minimum bet amounts are ৳50 for sports markets. Maximum payout limits per event may apply and will be displayed in the relevant market.

For casino games, random number generators (RNG) used in non-live-dealer games are independently tested and certified by the applicable game provider. Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own operating rules as presented within the game interface. tk22 is not responsible for technical interruptions originating on the game provider's side, though it will endeavour to resolve any resulting disputes fairly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the tk22 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban from the platform, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one registered account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions, or using fraudulent payment details.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through collusion, the creation of multiple accounts, or systematic wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated wagering.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, software exploits, or any automated or artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or system displays. Any winnings resulting from a manifest error are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the tk22 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or depositing funds of illicit origin.
• Underage Gaming: Permitting or facilitating access by a person under 21 years of age to a registered tk22 account.

8. Responsible Gaming

tk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools and resources that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players and all gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tk22 players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the total amount they can deposit within a given period. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of their current gaming session and their net win/loss position for that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years, during which their account will be locked and no deposits or bets will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

9. Privacy & Data

tk22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on and using the tk22 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by tk22 includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, email address, phone number, payment method details, device identifiers, IP address, and gaming activity data. This data is used to operate and improve the platform, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with players regarding their accounts and promotions.

tk22 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorised payment processors, game providers, and compliance service providers who operate under strict data processing agreements. All personal data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard SSL encryption.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk22 platform — including but not limited to the tk22 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game assets, audio, and promotional materials — is the property of tk22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any platform content is transferred to the player by virtue of this licence. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the tk22 platform without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

tk22's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk22 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk22 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods that may affect platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from tk22's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

tk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tk22 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address associated with their account, or via an on-screen notification upon next login, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law — may take effect immediately without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the tk22 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] prior to the effective date of the change.
